Rainbow Mousse

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Digest the biscuits into powder with a food processor, or put them in a fresh-keeping bag and roll them into crushed pieces with a rolling pin.

3. Butter melts into a liquid state in water.

4. Pour the melted butter into the bottom of the biscuits and mix well.

5. Pour it into a 6-inch chiffon mold and use a spoon to compact it, and put it in the refrigerator to shape.

6. Pour milk into the gelatin powder and leave it to swell.

7. Add powdered sugar to the yogurt and mix well.

8. The whipped cream is beaten with an electric whisk until 70% is sent.

9. Melt the gelatin powder into a particle-free state.

10. Pour the melted gelatine into the yogurt and stir evenly.

11. Then mix the whipped cream into the yogurt.

12. Stir well and the mousse paste is ready.

13. Pour 1/3 of the prepared mousse paste into the chiffon mold, and divide the remaining mousse into at least four portions (one portion is less than one portion). Add two drops of food coloring to each portion of the mousse paste and stir. Evenly becomes a colored mousse paste.

14. Pour the largest portion of the color mousse paste vertically from the center of the Chiffon mold and let it spread naturally.

15. Then pour in the second most colored mousse in turn, until the last one with the least colored mousse is poured, put it in the refrigerator for four hours to set.

16. The mold can be easily demolded by blowing around the mold with a hair dryer.

Tips:

Don't whip the whipped cream too much, just a thick yogurt.
Oreo biscuits can also be used for the bottom of the cake, and the colors can be freely matched.
