Red Date Lily Tremella Soup

Wash the fresh lily.

A bag of instant red dates and white fungus soup.
3.
Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil in a casserole, add rock sugar and lily to a boil.

Put in the instant white fungus block.
5.
Stir up.
6.
Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
7.
Use the bottom of the spoon to stir a few times in a circular motion to dissipate the foam and serve in a bowl.
