Red Wine Plum Pork Chop

Beat the pork chops with a meat hammer to loosen them. Spread the Montreal steak seasoning and thyme evenly on the pork chops and marinate for more than half an hour.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot and heat until 80% hot.

Fry the pork chops on low heat for seven or eight minutes, turn off the heat, and place the pork chops on the plate. (Seven or eight minutes is about five or six minutes, with blood leaching, increase or decrease the decoction time according to your preference.)

Add the minced garlic and stir fry for a fragrance.

Add the spicy chicken sauce and rosemary and stir fry evenly.
6.
Add a little wine and stir evenly.
