Red Wine Stewed Chicken
1.
Prepare the ingredients as shown in the figure: half a slice of processed chicken, 4 morels, 2 red dates, and half a bottle of red sprinkles.
2.
Wash the morel mushrooms and red dates in clean water in advance, and crush the red dates for later use.
3.
Pour the red wine into the stewing pot. Whether the wine is good or not, you will know whether it is hung in the cup or not. It is also well hung in this stew pot.
4.
Blanch this half of the chicken, then peel the ginger and slice it for later use.
5.
Put all the processed ingredients into the stewing pot, and then add a piece of rock sugar. It doesn't matter if the amount of red wine does not cover the chicken, just turn over the noodles after simmering for 30 minutes.
6.
Power on the electric cooker and select the good soup mode for cooking. The cooking time of this soup mode is 2 hours. We choose to stew for 1 and a half hours. After the chicken is out of the pot, it will still taste good after being chopped and cut.
7.
After the soup is simmered, add fine salt and season the goji berries.
8.
In this way, the aroma of the red wine at the bottom of the soup blends with the freshness of the chicken. This taste is really amazing.
9.
