Reed Chicken and Mushroom Soup

Reed chicken with head and tail

Diced

Garlic, ginger

Put it in a hot oil pan and stir fry, the black part is chicken fat

Add chicken nuggets and stir fry to remove fishy

Add cooking wine to taste
7.
Add fresh shiitake mushrooms in warm water

Add carrots to a boil on high heat, then simmer for 1.5 hours on low heat.
Tips:
Add enough soup at once, don't boil it dry.
