Rice Cooker Version: Original Steamed Cake

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 10 ml (2 tbsp) corn oil, 200 g (2 packs) of Meimei steamed cake mix.

Whisk 4 whole eggs at medium speed until they are fluffy and whitish.

Then add corn oil and beat evenly.

Sift in the steamed cake mix twice and mix into a smooth cake batter.

Brush the inner pot of the rice cooker with corn oil.
