Roast Leg of Lamb

Prepare accessories, one egg, garlic, onion, olive oil

Lamb is refrigerated and melted to remove surface water

Minced garlic soaked in olive oil

Lamb marinated in egg, onion, olive oil for 20 minutes

Add minced garlic in hot oil, raise meat, and fry for 6 minutes on medium heat.

Fry one piece and two pieces. Bake the oven 180 up and down for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the grilling seasoning and bake for another 20 minutes. The oven can be adjusted for different tastes. I cut it into small pieces for easy eating.
