Rye Mango Milk Drink

Ingredients: 15g quick-cooking rye flakes, 1 mango, 150g milk

Pour the rye flakes into the pot and add the right amount of water,

Bring to the heat and cook until it is fully swelled and cooked through. Remove from heat.

Peel the mango, cut into pieces, and put it in the food processor.

Pour milk and cooked rye flakes,

Beat into a fine thick paste.

Pour into a cup and decorate the surface with a little cooked rye flakes.
Tips:
No rye flakes can be replaced with oatmeal.
You don’t need too much water when cooking the oatmeal, just when the wheat is cooked and the water is dry. If there is excess water, you can also pour it into the food processor and beat it.
If you like a sweeter taste, you can add sugar to taste when drinking.
