Salt and Pretzel Steamed Cake

Prepare all ingredients.

Put all the main ingredients into the noodle bucket of the chef's machine in order. Start the cook machine and knead it into a smooth dough.

Divide into 2 parts

Roll out the dough into long pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush with oil.

Brush the oil evenly.

Roll up the dough sheet from one end. Pinch the seal tightly.

Put it in a steamer for fermentation.

Fermented to 2 times the size.

Put it in a steamer, steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat for 2 minutes
Tips:
I use Arowana Australian wheat core wheat flour. This flour has a high water absorption capacity. Adjust the amount of water according to the flour you use.
