11. Pull down the tin foil and baking paper to expose the surface of the chicken, put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 160℃ for the upper and lower layers.
12. Bake the reverse side for another 20 minutes, and the temperature of the upper and lower layers is 160°C.

14. Put it in the oven and bake the upper and lower layers at 180°C for 20 minutes. This time it's done baking.
15. The grilled salt-baked chicken tastes the best when it is hot. The oil from the salt-baked chicken is super fragrant, and it is great to eat with the chicken fat.

Tips:1. When rubbing sea salt on the chicken, rub the whole body of the chicken evenly, both inside and out.
2. After marinating for two hours, it must be washed with water, otherwise the taste will be bad if it is too salty.
3. Determine the roasting time according to the size of the chicken I bought. I bought Jiangxi chicken, which is about 1.5 kg. It took 110 minutes to bake it. If it is troublesome, you can increase the temperature of the oven or bake the first time longer, and finally bake the front and back for another 15 minutes. It will be very crispy after baking.
