Salt-grilled French Blue Mussels

Blue mussels do not need to be cleaned after opening the bag, just remove the broken shells and seaweed.

No seasoning is required. The role of sea salt is only to increase the aroma of salt roasting, so sea salt is placed in the baking tray.

Spread the blue mussels evenly on the sea salt.

Bake at 180 degrees in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Observe the oven, just open the lid and the color of the mussels is bright yellow.
Tips:
1. It doesn't need any seasoning, and the good food is the original flavor.
2. Although eating seafood is suitable for white wine, I am not particular about wine. I like to recommend Riesling.
