I’m introducing my own dishes here for the first time. I don’t know how to post it, just write it down.

It’s been three years since I came to Taiwan to live and I’ve become accustomed to eating. This Sanji Chicken Soup was cooked by my husband when I came to Taiwan to live in Taiwan. Now I cooked it for him. It’s simple but it can replenish vitality!"

Ingredients

Sanji Chicken Soup

1. Chop the chicken in large pieces and put it in the pot for later use.

2. The wolfberry and ginseng shall be soaked in water and washed, then put into the pot.

3. Add about half a pot of water, ginger slices and rice wine together, simmer in water for 1.5 hours and enjoy.

4. It is fine to add a small amount of salt before drinking or not to drink the original flavor.
