Sauerkraut Pansa

Prepare the main ingredients: pansa fish rolls, enoki mushroom and pickled fish sauce.

Mix the fish fillets with the marinade ingredients.
3.
Grab well and marinate for a while.
4.
Tear the enoki mushrooms into small flowers, soak and wash.
5.
Put the enoki mushrooms in a pot of boiling water, blanch them and cut them off.

Place the enoki mushrooms on the bottom of the bowl.
7.
Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it up.
8.
Add sauerkraut and stir fry until fragrant.
9.
Continue to stir-fry the seasoning in the seasoning bag for a few more times.
10.
Add half a pot of water.
11.
After the water boils, add pangasius and cook.
12.
Pour the pansa fish and soup on top of the enoki mushrooms.
