Sausage Braised Rice

A group photo of the ingredients, the rice was washed clean and soaked in water for ten minutes, the onion, ginger and garlic were chopped up. I don’t like ginger, so I cut it into slices. Dice beans, carrots and onions. (Those who like potatoes can cut some diced potatoes)

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, ginger, garlic.

Add the sausage and stir fry for a while

Add all the ingredients, stir fry, add dark soy sauce to color, add balsamic vinegar to taste, add salt, chicken essence to taste, add flavorful soy sauce to make it fresh.

Add water, do not use too much water, just keep it level with the ingredients, and bring the water to a boil.

Put the vegetables in the rice cooker and spread the rice on top of the vegetables. (It can be seen that the amount of water has not been less than that of rice. Basically this is a more suitable amount of water. The rice simmered with too much water will be very sticky) At this step, it is completed and the rice is simmered.

The simmered rice will be more fragrant after turning off the power and simmering for about ten minutes.

Open the lid, mix well, and serve before serving.
Tips:
Don't fry the dishes for too long, just stir fry a few times. Just bring the water to a boil, don't boil it for too long, because the process of braising the rice is enough to cook the vegetables.
