Scrambled Eggs with Salted Beans

Ingredients: chopped green onion. shredded ginger. garlic slices. red pepper rings. coriander chopped eggs. salt beans.

Knock the eggs into a bowl. Add in Huadiao wine and white pepper to loosen and set aside.

Put the oil in the wok and heat until 30% hot. Add the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili rings and fry them until they are fragrant.
4.
Pour the salted beans and stir fry for a minute.
5.
Pour in the beaten eggs and stir fry evenly.
6.
Sprinkle the coriander before serving.
