Sea Star Jelly

Put gelatin powder (also called fish gelatin powder) in a small bowl, add 100 ml of pure water to fully soak, microwave on high heat for 50 seconds until the color is transparent

Add a spoonful of honey to the gelatin solution and mix well

Add the mixed solution to the blue liqueur

Stir again to make the jelly stock solution

Transfer to a glass, put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours until the jelly is completely solidified

White chocolate chopped

Melt in warm water every 50 degrees Celsius

Put it in a piping bag

Squeeze into marine animal molds and cool to solidify

Finally, take out the refrigerated jelly and decorate the surface with white chocolate made of marine animals.
