Sesame Candy

Walnut kernels, melon seeds kernels, black seeds? Peanut kernels will need to be rolled with a rolling pin for a while (rolled into small particles, not small crushed noodles).

A piece of ginger, ready to be sliced.

Sugar spare.

Boil the ginger slices into water first, and use it later.

Put these nuts in a pot and sauté.

Put ginger water and sugar in the pot.

Keep stirring until white pearls are formed. Still continue to stir.

Stir-frying causes discoloration of small bubbles.

Put the chopped nuts in the sugar and stir-fry. When you see that the nuts are covered with sugar, they are shredded, and they are quickly poured on top of the foil.

Cover the sugar with a piece of tin foil.

Roll it out into thin slices.

Uncover the tin foil and cut into long strips with a knife. Cut when the sugar is not hot and does not harden.
13.
Cut it again and put it on the plate and you can eat it.
