Shredded Cabbage

Tear the cabbage into large pieces by hand

Heat oil and add minced garlic, minced ginger and dried chili until fragrant [leave half of minced garlic]

Saute the ingredients and add the cabbage
4.
After sautéing the cabbage until softened, add salt and the remaining minced garlic
5.
Stir-fry in about 1 minute and start the pan.
Tips:
The most important thing about shredded cabbage is to heat, stir fry, and turn the heat to the maximum, so that the cabbage will be cooked quickly and there is no moisture. It's crunchy.
