Shredded Radish with Cold Smoked Fat

One smoked radish and one coriander

Wash and shred the radish. Or use a grater to wipe into silk.

Add appropriate amount of salt and mix well. After standing for ten minutes, squeeze out the water on the shredded radish and pour it out.

Sprinkle with washed and chopped coriander.

Add appropriate amount of sugar and chili oil, mix well and serve.
