Recently, I have stocked a lot of old pumpkins at home and made a lot of deep-fried pumpkin pie. Thinking that all deep-frying seems a little unhealthy, it happened that a girl in the group shared this little pumpkin pancake that can be used with a little oil, with pumpkin filling. The ingredients are really delicious!

Small Pancakes with Pumpkin Stuffing

1. Wash the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and steam it

2. Mash it while it's hot

3. Pour the stuffing part into the pot,

4. Stir-fry over low heat until it forms

5. Pumpkin puree, caster sugar, and salad oil in the dough, mix well

6. Pour into the glutinous rice flour and stir to form a dough

7. The filling and crust are equally divided into five points

8. Wrapped into small pancakes

9. Pour into the pot and fry on low heat until golden brown on both sides

10. Eat it while it's hot

Tips:

1. Old pumpkins have a lot of moisture, so it takes more time to fry the stuffing
2. It is recommended not to use powdered pumpkin, the taste is not so fragrant.
