Soaked Hericium Erinaceus

Prepare ingredients: Sun-dried Hericium erinaceus; the dosage of Hericium erinaceus is determined according to the number of people;

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the milk pan, cover it, and bring it to a boil over high heat;

Put the Hericium erinaceus into a boiling pot and cook for about 10 minutes;
4.
After 10 minutes, turn off the heat; after removing the Hericium erinaceus, rinse it with running water for 4-5 times, squeeze out the yellow water while rinsing;
5.
After squeezing out the yellow water of the Hericium erinaceus, cut off the pedicle of the Hericium erinaceus;
6.
Tear the cleaned Hericium erinaceus into small pieces and use it to make soup.
Tips:
1. The boiled Hericium erinaceus should be rinsed repeatedly with running water to squeeze out the yellow water of Hericium erinaceus to avoid the excessively strong smell of Hericium erinaceus;
2. The pedicles of Hericium erinaceus should be cut off whole and cannot be used to make soup; otherwise, the taste of hericium erinaceus and hericium erinaceus soup will be very bitter;
