Soba with Sirloin and Sauerkraut

The instant noodles purchased online are full and not afraid of fat. Just look at the label and you can eat noodles with confidence. It is not instant noodles. The noodles have not been fried and need to be boiled.

Prepare a portion of fresh vegetables. Although there are plenty of ingredients, they are not fresh vegetables after all. So prepare some vegetables rich in dietary fiber, which taste good and nutritious. Wash the rapeseed and garlic sprouts, soak them in light salt water for about 10 minutes, and then repeatedly clean them. Chop the garlic sprouts and break the rapeseed into slices.

Open the package and take a look at the ingredients, you will know how delicious this bowl of beef brisket sauerkraut soba is. Among them are buckwheat ramen noodles, dried green vegetables, meat buns, chili oil, sauerkraut soup, and old sauerkraut.

Add appropriate amount of water to the rice cooker, boil the water and add the buckwheat ramen, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Depending on the taste you like, if you like softer, cook for two more minutes. Remove the cooked soba noodles.

After the soba noodles are cooked, remove them, then throw the rapeseed into the pot and scald them, and remove them when they change color. Put them in a bowl after submerging cold water. Finally, put the meat buns in the pot, cover the pot and heat in a water bath for about 2 minutes.

Pour all the seasoning packets into the bowl, tear off the hot beef packet, and pour it into the bowl while it is hot.
