Soft Glutinous Sweetness---glutinous Rice Date
1.
Wash the hollow jujube and soak for 1 hour to remove and drain the water.
2.
Cut the dates with kitchen scissors from one side and set aside.
3.
Slowly add hot water to the glutinous rice flour and stir with chopsticks to form a flocculent.
4.
Slowly knead into a moderately firm dough.
5.
Take an appropriate amount of dough according to the size of the jujube, knead it into a jujube core shape, embed it in the red jujube, and knead it gently.
6.
Put rock sugar and glutinous rice dates in a pot on the fire, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium and low heat.
7.
Cook until the red dates are crystal clear and plump, turn off the heat and cool, add sweet-scented osmanthus, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Tips:
1. The glutinous rice flour should be kneaded into a ball with hot water, and it is not easy to spread out and make it easier.
2. Although red jujube is a good tonic, eating too much raw jujube may cause diarrhea and damage the spleen.
