Sour Soup with Beef

Boil water, add enoki mushrooms and cook. Serve in a bowl and set aside.

Raise the frying pan, add the garlic chopped and ginger slices and sauté until fragrant.

Add the yellow chili sauce and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add broth or water. (I put the water used to boil enoki mushrooms just now)

After the water is boiled, put the previously thawed beef slices in. Add cooking wine, salt. (Although the peppers are already very salty and the soup tastes quite salty, you must add salt. Otherwise, the beef slices and enoki mushrooms are tasteless.) Do not cover the lid. Stir appropriately with chopsticks. Just change the color, the meat will get old for a long time. Add about 5 grams of white vinegar before starting the pot (I don’t have white vinegar, I added lemon juice). Remember to skim off the surface foam, the soup will be clearer.
Pour the cooked beef slices together with the soup into the big bowl containing enoki mushrooms.

This is the yellow pepper. I bought the spicy type, which is so spicy. If you can eat spicy food, please buy a special spicy one. 😄The one next to it is lemon juice. (There is no white rice vinegar in the house, instead of lemon juice.) The vinegar is added to make the acid taste stronger. (Yellow pepper has some acidity)

Put the green and red pepper rings in a bowl, boil an appropriate amount of oil and pour on it. (I'm lazy and not moo, the soup looks unclear.)

Tips:
Hainan yellow chili sauce must not be too small. If you don’t have the spicy food, you won’t be able to eat something beautiful and unforgettable. 😄
