Soy Stewed Trotter

Soak the soybeans overnight in advance.

Blanch the trotters in water and skim off the foam.

Drain out.

Use a clip to remove the pig hair.

Then put the pig's feet in a pot, add cooking wine, green onions, and ginger to a boil.

Add soybeans and bring to a boil.

Turn to the casserole and simmer for about 2 hours until the soy trotters are soft and rotten. Adjust the salt and simmer for another 20 minutes. Before starting the pot, add a proper amount of wolfberry and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
