Spicy Rice Noodles
1.
Soak the rice noodles in hot water to soften,

Drain with cold water and set aside.
3.
Heat a pan with oil, add garlic, shallots, chili, and stir fry for a fragrance

Add homemade chili paste and stir fry.
5.
Add the meat slices and seasonings.
6.
Add water to bring the chili sauce to a boil,
7.
Put vegetable leaves (you can also put it later.)
8.
Add rice noodles and stir-fry on high heat until they are completely mixed with ingredients.
9.
Add a bit of sour sweet sauce and stir fry for 1 minute before serving. (It’s okay if you don’t, I like it)
