Spicy Stir-fried Wild Pork

Remove the garlic and chop it.

Prepare the gorgon sauce, (stir with seasoned chicken sauce, cornstarch, cold water, white sugar)

Slice wild boar and blanch.

Then multiply the boiled wild boar. Heat the oil pan, stir-fry the ingredients, and then stir-fry the wild pork together.
5.
Pour in the gluten juice, stir-fry to collect the juice, and then turn off the heat.
