Steamed Carrot Dumplings

The carrot hot dough is ready, please refer to my previous recipe for this preparation

Take an appropriate amount of dough, knead it into a cylindrical shape, and cut into small pieces of the same size

Take an appropriate amount of spinach hot dough, knead into long strips, cut into small pieces, press into flat pieces, and use scissors to branch out

The dumplings are inverted, and the carrots are shaped like a thick top and a thin bottom. Then apply a little bit of water on the bottom of the leaves and stick them on the carrot heads for shaping.

Put it in the steamer, boil the water, steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for one minute before uncovering

Although a little wrinkled, I still like it very much. Next time you can consider changing to red, making a chili shape or making carrots for pasta. Food is to be creative inadvertently.
