Steamed Dried Fathead Fish

Ingredients: dried panhead fish.

Wash the dried fish and put it on a plate, add the diced fat, loosely sliced ginger, chopped green onion, and peanut oil.

Tips:
1. Dried fish is too salty. Soak it in water for a while to reduce the salt content.
2. If you put big lard oil, you don't need to put fat diced pork.
