Steamed Hairy Crabs

Get ready for hairy crabs;

Wash the hairy crabs with a plate brush and pour the yellow wine onto the hairy crabs;

When the steamer is boiling, put in basil leaves and 4 slices of ginger.

Put it on the steamer and steam for 15 minutes;

Tips:
1. Choose fresh crabs. Crabs are cold in nature and can only be eaten with ginger juice. Eat less if you have a bad stomach.
2. The abdomen of hairy crabs is facing up and back is facing down to avoid the loss of crab yellow.
