Steamed Hairy Crabs

4 Yangcheng hairy crabs (male crabs), wash them with a small brush and set aside.

When choosing a good hairy crab, you must choose the one with a big head, big tongs, and hairy tongs! Authentic Yangcheng crabs have anti-counterfeiting labels! If you don’t understand, go to the specialty store to buy it, you will feel relieved!

Perilla leaves are given by hairy crab shops, which can relieve cold, detoxify crabs, promote the secretion of digestive juices, and enhance gastrointestinal motility.

Crab vinegar, if you don’t use balsamic vinegar!

Shallots and a piece of ginger.
