Steamed Kueh with Ginger Leaves

Put a steaming grid on the steamer, and spread a layer of alpinia leaves on the bottom. When steaming, it will emit a fragrance and is easy to take out.

Take out the frozen red kueh oil kueh and put it on the ginger leaves to thaw.

After thawing for one hour, steam it on fire.

Steam for about 20 minutes, steam the red kueh oil kueh until soft, turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes.

Steamed kueh with ginger leaves.
