Ingredients

Steamed Pork Taro Bottom

1. Wash and drain the hairy taro

2. Cut the meat into small pieces

3. Taro, seasoning rice noodles, mix well

4. Mix the steamed pork with condiments and set aside

5. Put it in a larger stainless steel bowl and put it into the pressure cooker

Tips:

For pork, choose fatty and lean mixed taro on the bottom and steam it over medium heat for 30 minutes in a pressure cooker.
