1. Prepare ingredients

2. Wash the bird’s nest and soak it for half an hour and then wash it again, then change it to clean water and soak it for 6 hours (if there are impurities, they should be picked out after soaking)

3. Wash the red dates and remove the pit

4. Pour the soaked bird's nest into the pot, and then tear the bird's nest into strips along the lines
