Stir-fried Bacon

Sanshengchuan farm bacon is soaked for 2 hours in advance, taken out, washed, and simmered in a pot for 45 minutes.

Remove the cooked bacon and cut into thin slices.

Cut green pepper into sections, slice fragrant dried into strips, slice garlic, and set aside.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add minced garlic and Sansei Chuan Mapo Tofu Sauce, and sauté until fragrant over medium-low heat.

Add the chopped green peppers and dried tofu, and fry until broken.

Add the bacon, fry until it tastes good, and serve.
