Stir-fried Grapefruit Peel

Remove the outermost layer of grapefruit peel and soak in salt water for a few hours

Dice the diced and blanch it for later use
3.
Dice all ingredients
4.
Add oil to the pot, (more than usual), and stir fry with the ingredients
5.
Pour in the grapefruit zest and stir-fry evenly and then get up! Slightly bitter and sweet again, it's a good meal!
Tips:
The grapefruit peel must be soaked for a longer time to remove the bitterness!
