Stir-fried Grilled Wheat Bran with Shredded Pork

The roasted wheat bran is soaked in warm water and cut into small pieces with a knife

Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic and set aside

Heat up a proper amount of oil in the wok, add green onion, ginger, garlic and green red pepper and stir fry
