Tips:
Mushrooms are common vegetables in vegetable farms and supermarkets, and they are not expensive and rich in nutrients. The point is not to get fat after eating. There is often a saying about mushrooms: if you want to be healthy, mushroom soup is a treasure; if you want to be lean, eat more mushrooms and less meat. However, mushrooms must be cooked before they are eaten. It is not a big problem that common edible mushrooms are not cooked, but wild mushrooms must be fully cooked before they can be eaten. When I was young, my mother cooked a lot of wild mushrooms. I thought it was not delicious and threw them out. My mother ate a lot by herself, and then... was poisoned. So mushrooms must be cooked and eaten.
