Stir-fried Rice Rolls with Xo Sauce

Shred the onion.

2 packs of vegetarian rice rolls.
3.
Cut into small pieces.
4.
Beat the eggs and fry them into egg skins.
5.
Shred.
6.
Put oil in the pan and fry the onions until they are broken.
7.
Push the onion aside, add XO sauce and saute until fragrant. (XO sauce made by yourself.)
8.
Pour in rice noodles and stir well.
9.
Add egg crust and soy sauce and stir well.
10.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir well.
11.
Fresh and spicy.
