Stir-fried Tripe

Wash the tripe several times and press it in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

Cut the pressed tripe diagonally into slices for later use.
3.
Stir-fry on high heat, add tripe, pepper, sour chili, sour radish, garlic sprouts in turn, add salt and chicken to the hardcover plate.
