Strawberry Cream Cake

Separate the square sponge cake in two layers and set aside.

Put a piece of cake on the bottom of the mousse ring, cut each strawberry into quarters, arrange them on the side of the mousse ring, and squeeze a layer of cream.

Spread a layer of strawberries on the cream and then a layer of cream.
4.
Spread the remaining piece of cake on top and press it down lightly.
5.
Finally, put another layer of cream on the cake slice, and put it on the beautiful strawberries.
