Strawberry Ice Cream

If frozen strawberries are not available, you can also use fresh strawberries to freeze them in advance.

Originally, cream and sugar should be used. I switched to milk, saccharin water and olive oil with an egg yolk as a surfactant for health reasons, which can make oil and water miscible. But the egg yolk is not healthy, use it carefully!

Break them up with a meat grinder. Milk or cream should be added slowly so that it is not too runny.

Scoop out with an ice cream spoon, add pumpkin seed oil, or sweet wine. It's done!
