Strawberries are rich in nutrients and contain fructose, sucrose, citric acid, malic acid, salicylic acid, amino acids, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals, so they have the reputation of "Queen of Fruits". Strawberry season, boil a bottle of strawberry jam, spread toast, and yogurt are great!

Ingredients

Strawberry Jam

1. Remove the stems of fresh, non-rotted strawberries, wash them, and wipe off the water for later use.

2. Cut the dried strawberries into small pieces.

3. Put the sliced strawberries into a container, add white sugar, wrap them in plastic wrap, and keep them in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours.

4. Strawberries that have been refrigerated will ooze water.

5. Pour the strawberries and the oozing water into the pot and bring to a boil.

6. Turn to low heat and keep stirring.

7. Stir fry until the strawberry jam thickens and then turn off the heat.

8. Put the strawberry jam in a clean container, seal it and store it in the refrigerator.

9. The kids can’t wait to start eating just after they’ve made it well, and it’s great to eat with yogurt!

Tips:

For Ao jam, use an enamel pot or a stainless steel pot, not an iron pot; the amount of sugar can be adjusted by yourself.
