Strawberry Jam Cheesecake
1.
Cover the bottom and surroundings of the mold with oil paper.
2.
The biscuits and the softened butter in the greenhouse are placed in a cooking machine and broken (if there is no cooking machine, you can use a dough roll to crush the biscuits in the mixed butter and mix well).
3.
Lay the smashed butter biscuits flat in the mold, compact and flatten them, and put them in the refrigerator.
4.
Three whole eggs, sugar and lemon juice, were beaten slightly with a whisk (I beat them too far, but the baked ones looked too high).
5.
Add ricotta and continue to beat until smooth and no particles.
6.
Pour in the rum and stir evenly until it becomes a whole.
7.
Pour the egg batter into the mold and spread it out.
8.
The oven is preheated at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, and I bake it for 45 minutes, so it’s too old, everyone depends on your oven. If you don't like the upper layer, you can lift it off like I did. (As shown below)
