Remove the heart of the fresh lotus seeds, add sugar to a bowl of water and cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and soak for 30 minutes, let the lotus seeds fully absorb the sugar, then pick up the lotus seeds

Add two bowls of water to the sugar water in the pot to boil, then use two bowls of water to make the jelly grass powder into a thin paste, stir and pour into the pot

After the jelly is boiled, move quickly. The jelly is easy to solidify or stick to the bottom of the pot
