Sweet and Sour Pork

Wash the tenderloin and cut into strips or slices of green pepper, red pepper, onion and cut into pieces

Put the cut tenderloin with salt, rice wine, egg white, and cornstarch to sizing for later use

Boil the soybean oil in the pan to about 160 degrees, put the pulped meat into the pan and fry it until golden brown, remove it for use

Add onion, green and red pepper, hot oil, stir fry until fragrant, remove and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the tomato sweet and sour sauce. Put the tenderloin on high heat and stir-fry until the sauce covers the ingredients.

Add green and red peppers, stir-fry the onions and put them on the plate.
