Sweet Milk Tea

Boil the water, turn off the heat and let the tea leaves for five minutes after the water is turned on. You can adjust the time according to the intensity of the tea you like.

Turn on the fire and add milk when the pot is bubbling (without filtering the tea leaves). I chose low-fat milk and heat it on a low heat (very important!) until the pot is bubbling [the tea leaves will float at this time].

Tips:
After turning off the heat, slowly add white sugar, so that the temperature of the milk tea has time to decrease.
