Sweet Potato Waxy Corn Sticks

Mix the wet glutinous corn flour with the dry sticky rice flour.

Stir in the mashed sweet potatoes, without adding a drop of water, knead the dough while adding the mashed sweet potatoes.

Knead into dough.

Divide the reconciled dough into several doses, and wrap the fillings like glutinous rice balls.

Tips:
1. When kneading the dough, without adding a drop of water, add sweet potato mash to the flour and knead the dough while adding.
2. The sweet potato itself already contains sugar, so there is no need to add sugar in the dough.
