See if Sesame is clean? Wash off the impurities first, drain the water, and then pour out the water to dry. Mine is very clean, so this step is omitted.

The washed sesame seeds should be sautéed on medium heat and then low heat. Stir-fry the unwashed ones.

Stir-fry the aroma, pour out to let cool, pour it into a larger basin, and quickly scatter it with chopsticks. After it's cool, pour it into the cooking machine and press the sauce button with the cooking stick.

Mine is to beat for one minute, grind it into powder, add olive oil, and beat for another 2 minutes, very delicate.
Tips: The performance of each mixer is different, and the time is slightly different. If you add more olive oil, it will be thinner, and if less, it will be thicker.

The sauce is very delicate and fragrant. If you are not used to this tastelessness, you can add some sugar. Pour it into an oil-free and water-free bottle and put it in the refrigerator.
