Thai Bird's Nest with Pineapple and Fresh Milk
1.
Soak the bird's nest in water for 2-3 hours first!
2.
After soaking in water, drain the water and clean up the fine fluffs (if you buy the bird’s nest without any hairs at all, it’s terrible)
3.
After cleaning up, change the water!
4.
Add rock sugar, add pure water, and let the water soak the bird's nest (because the bird's nest will expand when it is stewed)
5.
Let the water boil first, then change to a simmer and put it in the stew pot!
6.
Set the alarm clock for 20 minutes after switching to a simmering fire, because a truly good bird's nest does not need to be simmered for several hours, except for an electric stew pot at my house! The reason why the bird's nest merchant tells you that it will be soaked for a long time or simmered for a long time is that there may be something added!
7.
There is a small pineapple producing area behind my house, so I picked a few to cook and eat together!
8.
Thai fresh milk is also delicious
9.
Baked
10.
This small pineapple and soy milk bird’s nest is very fresh and fragrant, especially if you eat it with the small pineapple, it feels better.
Tips:
Don’t have too much rock sugar, just simmer and simmer, and cut the small pineapple into small pieces
